Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. By accessing saqqarallc.com you agree to be bound by the provisions below.
Saqqara LLC ("Saqqara," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online marketplace platform at saqqarallc.com that connects independent beauty and wellness artists ("Artists") with individual clients ("Clients") and enterprise companies ("Companies") seeking professional services. Saqqara is a technology marketplace — we do not employ Artists and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by Artists. By accessing or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the platform under applicable law. If you are registering on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access most platform features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@saqqarallc.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Saqqara reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or are used for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
The platform supports four user roles, each subject to applicable role-specific agreements. Artists are independent beauty and wellness professionals who list services, accept bookings, and engage clients through the platform — Artists are also bound by the Saqqara Artist Platform Agreement. Clients are individuals who book services through the platform and are bound by these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Companies are businesses that book artists for events, locations, or enterprise engagements — Companies are bound by these Terms and any applicable Company Booking Agreement. Agents are representatives who manage rosters of Artists on the platform and are bound by these Terms and any applicable Agent Agreement.
Saqqara is a marketplace technology provider. We do not provide beauty or wellness services directly. Artists are independent contractors — not employees, agents, or partners of Saqqara. Saqqara does not control the manner in which Artists perform their services and makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or outcomes of any services booked through the platform. Clients contract directly with Artists for the performance of services. Any disputes regarding service quality, outcomes, or conduct must first be directed to the Artist. Saqqara may assist in dispute resolution at our discretion but is not obligated to do so and is not a party to the service contract between Artists and Clients.
When a Client books an Artist through the platform, a service agreement is formed between the Client and the Artist. Saqqara processes the payment on behalf of the Artist as a payment facilitator. Saqqara charges a 15% commission on all completed bookings — Artists receive 85% of the booking price, net of applicable payment processing fees. Commission rates may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Worldpay / Authvia via CyberSource). By submitting payment information, you authorize Saqqara to charge the payment method on file. Saqqara does not store full card numbers. Artist payouts are processed on a bi-weekly cycle. Saqqara reserves the right to withhold payouts on bookings subject to a pending dispute or chargeback until resolution. Artists are solely responsible for all tax obligations on platform earnings — Saqqara will issue Form 1099 where required by law.
Clients who cancel 48 or more hours before a confirmed appointment will receive a full refund. Clients who cancel fewer than 48 hours before the appointment are not entitled to a refund — the Artist will receive the applicable payout minus platform commission. If an Artist cancels, the Client will receive a full refund automatically. Repeated Artist cancellations may result in suspension or removal from the platform. If an Artist fails to appear without notice, the Client will receive a full refund and the Artist may be subject to account action. You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law; circumvent the platform to conduct bookings or payments outside Saqqara's system in order to avoid platform fees; post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile or in any communication; harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse any other user, Artist, or Saqqara staff; upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or another user's account; introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into the platform; use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the platform without our written permission; or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users' use of the platform.
You retain ownership of content you post to the platform. By posting content, you grant Saqqara a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. All content must comply with our Content Standards Policy — content that is obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or unrelated to beauty and wellness services is prohibited and may be removed without notice. All platform technology, trademarks, logos, design systems, and proprietary content are the exclusive intellectual property of Saqqara LLC. You acquire no ownership rights in any Saqqara intellectual property through your use of the platform.
Clients and Artists may leave reviews following completed bookings. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience. Saqqara reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our content standards or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent. Attempting to manipulate ratings — including by offering incentives for positive reviews or submitting fake reviews — is prohibited and may result in account termination.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SAQQARA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. SAQQARA DOES NOT WARRANT THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY ARTISTS THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAQQARA LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES BOOKED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL SAQQARA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO SAQQARA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saqqara LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any services you provide or receive through the platform.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@saqqarallc.com. Saqqara may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, poses a risk to other users or the platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@saqqarallc.com — we will make a good-faith effort to respond within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Saqqara uses an AI system to help improve platform performance and content. This system ("Aurora") analyzes aggregated, anonymized platform metrics to generate improvement proposals, which are always reviewed and approved by Saqqara personnel before implementation. Aurora does not make autonomous decisions that directly affect individual users — including but not limited to account suspension, pricing changes, or content removal. Aurora also assists in generating promotional content and branded assets using pre-approved templates. These assets do not incorporate user data. By using the platform, you acknowledge that Saqqara may use AI-assisted tools to optimize platform operations, improve features, and generate marketing materials. No AI system on this platform has access to your personal communications, payment data, or individually identifiable behavioral data. Saqqara is a platform for adult professionals and adult clients. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Saqqara enforces this with a date-of-birth field at signup and rejects registrations from anyone under 18. Saqqara does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a person under 18 has created an account, please contact privacy@saqqarallc.com immediately and we will lock the account and delete the associated personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
For your convenience, the rights set out in our Privacy Policy can be exercised directly within your account: visit /dashboard/privacy to download a copy of your personal data, request account deletion (30-day grace period — cancellable), adjust profile visibility, and review consent history. To opt out of advertising "sharing" without an account, visit /do-not-sell. Saqqara honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms; if any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.
Last reviewed April 2026. Saqqara LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
